customers, employees and trade partners have a cordial relationship with
everyone working at this project. We desire a long and lasting relationship with
our customers and employees and trade associates. We have developed the
following Code of Ethics to achieve this goal. Everyone’s cooperation is
essential to make this standard successful.

Code of Conduct
I will honor all customers, their families and property with
respect and courtesy.
I will not make
requests for usage of bathrooms, water, food, telephone, etc.
All discussions about
project and/or future work will be
directed to the Project Manager.
I will minimize
construction noise as much as
possible.
I will not use foul language or loud radios.
I will “police” my job site
every day before leaving.
No work will be performed on
Sunday.
Smoking is allowed outside
only and with the use of a butt can.
Never leave butts on ground.
While working, I will attempt
to minimize any disruption to Owner’s lifestyle.
I will maintain
a safe
and orderly work site.
I will enter only the
areas of a home I have been authorized to enter by the Project
Manager.
I will not disturb or handle
any personal property of Owner without
Owner’s consent and presence.

Expectations
I will not offer
drinks, snacks, telephone usage, or gifts to
any RGI (Carolina Building
Solutions) employee or trade partner.
I will not discuss the
project with anyone other than the RGI
Project Manager.
I will not solicit phone numbers of employees or
subcontractors or give my phone number to anyone.
I will not discuss
future projects or work with any
RGI employees or trade partners except
the Project Manager.
