Code of Ethics and Practice

Randolph Goers Inc. is the name of the company... it is also the name of the owner. We operate with a strict code of ethics, and you can absolutely count on them to guide our day-to-day efforts.

  • We will obtain building permits whenever the local or state building code requires.

  • We will not intentionally hide a defect from or deceive a building inspection official.

  • We will not accept cash to avoid taxes.

  • We will not alter the facts to benefit anyone.

  • Anything more or less than the truth... isn’t.

Project Start Dates
We will only start a project when we are ready to finish it. We'll start when we have complete information and resources, when all contracts and agreements are finalized, when special orders have been placed and, most importantly, when we have honorably completed our prior commitments.

Team Players
The strength of our company is the team we have developed over the years.. . our employees and sub-contractors. We depend on them and they depend on us, and our relationships within our team extend far beyond any single project. Therefore, please do not ask us to substitute your favorite plumber, painter, brother-in-law, etc. Our success with your project depends on a carefully honed team effort.

Superman Was Perfect
We do not catch speeding trains, leap over tall buildings or stop bullets. In fact, we do sometimes make mistakes. The fact is, we're human. Our response to a mistake is to make it visible immediately, understand why it happened (so it won't happen again), and then to correct it right away with care and concern.

Oh, by the way!
If you ask us to do more, we will have to execute a "Change Order" and potentially extend the project completion date. If the scope of the project increases, the cost must necessarily increase as well. If the scope decreases, the cost will decrease too. We cannot reduce the contract cost without reducing the scope of the contract. It’s simple math, more work requires more time/materials and this increases the cost.
