Huntersville: This family room project was a challenge with new soffits
and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with hearth and a new chimney.

This two story family room
will have a new second-level playroom with window seats and closets
for toys, etc. The lower room maintains a 9-foot wall height. Notice the
interior protection with plastic zip barrier walls, floor coverings and
electronic air cleaner. Cost: Upper 20's
