This project
involved converting an attic storage area into a suite of rooms for a home
office as well as closets. It presented some important structural
challenges.
This closet renovation project speaks for
itself. The challenge was to bring organization out of chaos and the
built-in organizers work beautifully.
We took an unfinished third level attic and finished it into a
bonus/recreation room. The area has a separate HVAC system that serves the
third level independently. The recessed ceiling can lights illuminates the
entire area in a friendly softness. Cost: mid $20's
