Gallery of Outdoor Living
RGI works with projects ranging all the way from
full house construction, all the way down to porches and other add-on rooms. In
some cases, we'll even rearchitect the appearance as part of the addition.

This project
was to modify the front elevation appearance of this 50 yr old home with a
new porch to give the appearance of a colonial cottage. The irregular front
roof lines with an unusually wide masonry chimney dominated this home’s
frontal appearance. |

The desire of the customer
was to integrate an existing open brick paved porch into a covered outdoor
living area beside their pool. To the right of the porch is a stone gas
fireplace with gas lanterns and stone sitting bench wall. |

Customer
wanted both a deck and a screen porch. Additionally, the porch was designed
with removable screen panels and a functional corner gas fireplace which
allows it to be used as an outdoor den. |
