The process begins with the free initial in-home consultation. Next, we'll present a formal quote for design services and preliminary project cost. When you decide to proceed with the project, we'll present a design contract and the four step design/build process begins.
 

•  Site Evaluation - We'll work together to understand your desire and expectations... why the project is being considered and how it affects your family and life style.

•  Design Specifications - We'll translate your vision into a design, with preliminary drawings and exterior elevations. We'll also include preliminary specifications for appliances, flooring, fixtures, lighting, cabinetry and other materials.

•  Working Drawings - We'll present a site plan, specifications, and budgets.

•  Contracts - We'll present the needed contracts) and conduct a final review with a structural engineer.. and obtain building permits.

•  Complete understanding of site conditions and plans.

•  Value Engineering where we'll jointly brainstorm all the possibilities and alternatives for the project.

•  Code/Zoning permit review.

•  Trade Associate estimates and project review.

•  Construction Schedule with anticipated start and completion dates.

•  Duration - We'll make every effort to complete the project on-time.

•  Disruption - We'll go to great lengths to minimize disruption to your home and life style. For example, we'll carefully isolate the construction area, protect your home's surfaces, and clean up the work area at the end of every day.

•  Code of Conduct - We post our Code as a reminder to everyone of the behavior we expect of our people.

•  Safety - We observe all OSHA and industry safety standards.

•  Communications - We'll communicate what's happening at every step, and you'll have immediate access to your Project Manager for resolving any problems or concerns as they arise.

•  Licensing - We'll obtain all the necessary building/zoning permits and inspections.

•  Completion Review - We'll jointly evaluate the completed project and correct any oversights.

•  After Care - We'll provide complete information on manufacturer warranties as well as the care and maintenance of furnishing and fixtures.

•  Availability - We are always available for questions or concerns that may arise after the project is completed.
